Hi, I'm Sophie Reavley

Why you want me in your team
I was always fascinated by the observation of consumer behaviour and the psychology of decision making. I work closely with design teams, developers and marketers to increase conversions and adapt a wide variety of products (digital and tangible) to audiences of all nationalities and across mutiple industries.
I understand the business needs and how to juggle them with the customer needs. In my opinion, the product is the essence of an organisation and I want to actively have a direct impact on the success of your mission.

What motivates me?
Purpose
I need to know why I am doing something and what we are building towards. It needs to be for the greater good.
Empathy
Whether it is as a designer or as part of a team, I believe in kindness and empathy as a means of achieving great things.
Connection
Interacting with other people is something I need on a regular basis. New input and knowledge exchange is important to me.
Ethics
I put a great deal of importance of respecting users’ privacy and in working ethically. I believe in giving control to build trust.
As a child I dreamt of becoming....
A Librarian...
To help people find what they are looking for.

...or an Interior Designer
Because I love the challenge of designing within constraints.
